Bloom Eco Cleaning is definitely a team I will trust for my next end of tenancy. No doubt about it. Rebecca seems to be serious at the beginning, and yes she is but who cares? Just trust her and she will do the rest. She will always be professional until the end and will always assist you no matter what. On the other hand the cleaning team is just on a different level. They were at the apartment before time, always communicating and paying attention to all details. Showing you what they were about to do, how they did it and why they did it that way, the most efficient way. Even Renaldo did his best to find a cheaper parking spot which is immensely appreciated it. Anyways I can't thank them enough and to Ana as well. Next time for sure!!! I booked a deep clean with Bloom Eco Cleaning last week. The cleaners - Renaldo and Sharon - arrived on time and they were extremely professional, brilliant at communication and meticulous. They were super-attentive and Renaldo made sure to go above and beyond the cleaning checklist. My flat was rather cluttered as I had just moved in and not completely unpacked but they worked around all of the clutter and managed to completely transform the flat. To summarise my experience in a sentence, they transformed my apartment into a home! I will certainly book them for future cleans. ~ Fatima C

Bloom carried out an end of tenancy clean on our one bed flat in central London. There was an issue where two of their contracted cleaners did not show up for our job. This was of course inconvenient, however the way in which Bloom handled the issue was commendable. HQ called me with updates every 15 or so minutes, and they sent a team of 3 cleaners to do the job ASAP, on top of an already jam-packed schedule. Thank you to Renaldo and the team for putting a bad situation right, and for a brilliant standard of clean! ~ Jack A

The team have been absolutely fantastic. I got a telephone call to say they're nearby and they arrived exactly on time. They took the time to look around my flat and explained how everything would be cleaned - the flat is now immaculate. I couldn't have asked for a better service or a more friendly team. The initial booking was very straight forward too - I called them to get a quote and got everything booked. They were so so lovely and hardworking!! My end of the tenancy flat cleaning was better than when I entered…they’re so hardworking they spent 4 hours on my 1 bed flat. I found this place by reading all the reviews because the place recommended by my landlady was dodgy, I’m so so happy I went with Bloom Eco. Very good and thorough clean. I'm just about to move into a flat via mutual exchange and the previous tenant left it absolutely filthy. I realised I would need professionals to tackle the amount of cleaning needed. Bloom cleaning did not disappoint the place is now ready to move into! I cannot recommend Bloom Eco Cleaning enough. Renaldo and Anna were absolutely incredible, kind and professional in their deep cleaning service. The team were amazing!! I had purchased a new property the day before in a very grubby condition. The team went above and beyond to get it back to clean for me. My partner & I used Bloom Eco Cleaning's End of tenancy service & they were absolutely phenomenal! Ronaldo & Sharon spent a solid 4 hours cleaning our 1 bed apartment & the results were immaculate! We got our full deposit back! Our landlord even mentioned how clean the property was. I found it hard to find a good reliable cleaning company but Bloom Eco is definitely worth every penny!
